Kenton C. Keller, the newest member of the Board of Directors for Light of Hope Immigration Law Center, is the President of Accelerence Executive Coaching, LLP. As a Professional Certified Coach, he facilitates leadership development and succession planning for top executives and star performers. He also serves as an adjunct professor at Dallas Baptist University where he teaches in the Graduate School of Business and in the Gary Cook School of Leadership.
From 2008 through 2011, Kenton served as the Chief Performance Officer for Buckner Children and Family Services. In this role he was responsible for the overall performance of Buckner, both domestically and internationally. Before joining Buckner in 2008, Kenton’s career spanned 29 years with Accenture, an global management consulting company that collaborates with clients to help them become high-performance businesses and governments. As a Senior Partner, he served in many leadership roles, both in consulting and business outsourcing. Kenton's skills include business capability design and implementation, change management, strategy development, business process reengineering, IT operations management, missions and volunteer management, talent management, and business development.
Born in Oklahoma, Kenton received his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. He and his wife, Mary, reside in Dallas, Texas, where they are active members of Wilshire Baptist Church. They are parents of three daughters and have six grandchildren. Mary and Kenton continue to be very active with mission endeavors globally, especially on behalf of vulnerable children and refugees.
