ABOUT US

OUR CORE VALUES

Serve
The concept of servant leadership is integrated in all of our services. Our volunteers and employees are compassionate about aiding all immigrants regardless of their circumstances or ethnic/racial backgrounds.

Educate
We strive to inform eligible applicants of their rights and options to legalize and to warn the community against illegal representation (i.e. such as public notaries and non authorized people to practice immigration law). We do this through providing free immigration forums and low-cost or free consultations.

Contribute
Our contributions to our clients and community include our free Informative Sessions, Free Citizenship and DACA workshops, free office assistance, and help in requesting fee-waviers with immigration for elibile clients who are disabled or in need of financial assistance beacuse of hardhsip issues and obstacles they face.

Our efforts are based on this directive from the Holy Bible:
"Speak out for those who cannot speak, for the rights of all the destitute. Speak out, jude righteously and defend the rights of the poor and needy."
Proverbs 31:8-9

OUR LOGO

Picture
In chooosing our logo, we integrated our core values that the Light of Hope ministry bases its services on. The importance of Servant Leadership and contributing to others in a compassionate way is represented by the cross.

The American Flag incorporated in a unified circle surrounding our cross signifies that our efforts and nation all funder uner the work of One God. The luminance seen coming from behind the cross signifies our mission to serve as Light of Hope for anyone in need.

Just as Christ Our Lord gives us hope in our time of need, we hope to serve our clients in a similar way throughout their difficult journey towards legalization.
